CNC jewellery machinery
CNC Jewellery Manufacturing Machinery
OPDEL CNC jewellery machinery covers the steps after melting and casting: faceting, decorative cutting and multi-operation machining. Seven models span bangle and ring faceting, bead and ball faceting, fancy cuts on wire, tube and chain, strip cutting, and 5-axis turning-milling-centering, for jewellery manufacturers producing repeat designs in gold and other precious metals.
Each machine is CNC-controlled, so a design programmed once repeats across a batch. Pair them with our induction melting furnaces, continuous casting and rolling mills to equip a full line. Prices are quoted per configuration. Request a quote.
Seven CNC machines, one production line
Faceting, cutting and 5-axis machining for bangles, rings, beads, chain, wire and strip. Every model is configured for your market before the offer.
FacetingDF-M10 T1
CNC Diamond Faceting Machine for Bangles & Rings
A dedicated CNC faceting cell for bangle and ring makers who need the same diamond-cut pattern on every piece of a batch. Two spindles, one vertical and one horizontal, plus a 10-position automatic tool changer let one program carry a design from first facet to last.
Best for: Batch diamond-cut faceting of bangles and rings
- Vertical and horizontal spindles on one machine
- 10-tool automatic tool changer (ATC)
- CNC control for consistent geometry from batch to batch
- Built specifically for bangle and ring faceting
- Bangle faceting
- Ring faceting
- Decorative jewellery profiles
- Precision diamond-cut surface patterns
FacetingDF-M5
Compact 5-Axis CNC Diamond Faceting Machine (Mini)
The smaller sibling for faceting work: 5-axis CNC control in a compact frame that fits workshops where floor space is limited. It handles round and oval bangle and ring forms, including V-Kada surfaces, and repeats the programmed facet pattern across production runs.
Best for: Space-limited workshops faceting rings and bangles
- 5-axis CNC machining platform
- Compact footprint for tight production floors
- Processes round and oval profiles
- Supports V-Kada and other decorative surfaces
- Repeatable faceting across production batches
- Gold and precious-metal bangles
- Rings
- V-Kada surfaces
- Round and oval jewellery profiles
- Decorative jewellery components
FacetingSB-2H
CNC Single Ball Faceting Machine, Double Head
Built for one job: faceting metal beads and balls. Two heads facet at the same time, raising output, while CNC control repeats the programmed pattern so every bead in a strand matches. Suitable for bead sizes from 2 mm to 10 mm.
Best for: Faceted beads and balls, 2–10 mm
- Double-head configuration for simultaneous faceting
- Bead sizes from 2 mm to 10 mm
- CNC-controlled, repeatable faceting geometry
- Designed for beads, balls and spherical components
- Jewellery beads
- Metal balls
- Faceted spherical components
- Faceted bead designs
CuttingFRC-H
CNC Fancy Round Cut Machine for Wire, Pipe & Chain
A horizontal CNC machine for putting fancy cuts and facets on round stock: jewellery wire, tube, pipe and chain elements such as ball-barrel links. Holding the part horizontally keeps it positioned while the cutter works, so decorative patterns stay uniform from one component to the next.
Best for: Fancy-cut patterns on wire, tube and chain
- Horizontal CNC cutting and faceting layout
- Processes wire, tube, pipe and round-profile chain components
- Suited to ball-barrel chain elements
- Machining parameters reproduced across production cycles
- Jewellery wire
- Metal tubes and pipes
- Round-profile chain components
- Faceted tubular components
- Fancy-cut decorative profiles
CuttingSF-3
CNC Strip Cutting & Faceting Machine
Cuts metal strip to repeatable dimensions and adds decorative facets in the same controlled process. Where manual strip work drifts from piece to piece, the SF-3 replays programmed parameters each cycle, keeping profiles consistent for strip-based jewellery parts and decorative components made in repeated quantities.
Best for: Cut and faceted strip-based components
- CNC-controlled strip cutting and faceting
- Repeatable cutting dimensions and profiles
- Decorative facets and patterns on strip
- Tooling selected to the strip, thickness and profile
- Jewellery metal strips
- Precision-cut metal profiles
- Faceted metal elements
- Repetitive strip-based jewellery parts
MachiningFX-1TMC
5-Axis CNC Turning, Milling & Centering Machine
Turning, milling and centering on one 5-axis CNC platform, so complex ring and bangle components move through fewer separate setups and less manual handling. A vertical 40,000 RPM spindle and 20-tool automatic tool changer cover a wide range of operations in one program.
Best for: Multi-operation machining of complex rings and bangles
- 5-axis CNC platform
- Turning, milling and centering in one workflow
- Vertical 40,000 RPM spindle
- 20-tool automatic tool changer (ATC)
- Industrial CNC control; full technical specification on request
- Ring manufacturing
- Bangle production
- Turned jewellery profiles
- Milled decorative details
- Custom and complex jewellery components
MachiningFX-2TMC
Advanced 5-Axis CNC Turning, Milling & Centering Machine
The advanced model in the TMC family. Like the FX-1TMC it combines turning, milling and centering in a single 5-axis CNC workflow; it is positioned for demanding production of intricate rings, bangles and bracelet components where consistency across repeated runs matters most.
Best for: Demanding, high-precision multi-operation work
- Advanced 5-axis CNC machining platform
- Turning, milling and centering in one CNC workflow
- Intricate turned and milled profiles
- Positioned for demanding professional jewellery applications
- Precision rings
- Bangles and bracelet components
- Complex jewellery profiles
- Centered precision components
- Repeat-production designs

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the DF-M10 T1 and the DF-M5?
Both are CNC diamond faceting machines for bangles and rings. The DF-M10 T1 has vertical and horizontal spindles and a 10-tool automatic tool changer for batch production. The DF-M5 is a compact 5-axis machine for workshops with limited floor space, covering round, oval and V-Kada profiles.
How do the FX-1TMC and FX-2TMC differ?
Both combine turning, milling and centering on a 5-axis CNC platform for rings, bangles and complex components. The FX-2TMC is the advanced model, positioned for more demanding precision applications. For the FX-1TMC, the published callouts include a vertical 40,000 RPM spindle and a 20-tool ATC. Full technical specifications for either model are available on request.
What bead sizes can the SB-2H facet?
The SB-2H is suitable for beads from 2 mm to 10 mm. Its two heads facet simultaneously for higher output.
Which machine is used for chain and tube faceting?
The FRC-H. Its horizontal CNC layout is designed for fancy cuts on jewellery wire, tubes, pipes and round-profile chain components such as ball-barrel elements. For flat metal strip, choose the SF-3.
Why use CNC instead of manual faceting?
CNC control stores the machining parameters and repeats them every cycle. You get consistent cut geometry and facet patterns across a production batch, with less piece-to-piece variation than manual processing.
